石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定血清中铅

Determination of Lead in Serum by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定血清中铅的方法。方法通过用基体改进剂稀释样品后,选用合适的升温程序和标准加入法,直接上机测定。结果检出限可达4.60×10-12A/ng,当铅的添加范围在10~30μg/L时,它的回收率可达95.87%~105.41%。结论该法准确、快速、灵敏度高,是一种理想的血清中铅的测定方法

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveA graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method was developed for detecting lead in serum.MethodsSamples were automatically introduced and matrix modifiers were added.Samples were detected without being digested.ResultsWith experimental condition optimizing,detection limit was 4.60×10-12A/ng.The ranges of lead was 10-30μg/L,the recovery rate was 95.87%-105.41%.ConclusionThe method was reliable,fast and sensitivity.It was an ideal method to detect lead in serum.
