社区成年人腹型肥胖与2型糖尿病的现况调查

Investigation on type 2 diabetes and obesity in community adults

摘要:
目的研究社区成年人2型糖尿病的患病率与分布, 以分析腹型肥胖与2型糖尿病关系.
方法以社区为单位, 开展20岁以上成年人2型糖尿病普查.
结果 26.89人中糖尿病患病率为6.32%, 空腹血糖受损者2.79%;人群中腹型肥胖的分布为66.05%.
结论糖尿病的发生与性别无关, 随年龄增长糖尿病患病率增高; 腹型肥胖是糖尿病发生的危险因素.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the prevalence and distribution of type 2 diabetes in community adults in order to analyze the relationship with obesity.
Methods An epidemiolo gical survey of type 2 diabetes was carried out in community.
Results The prevalence of diabetes was 6.32%.Of the total study 2.79% subjects suffered Impaired Fasting Glucose(IFG), and distr ibution of obesity was 66.05% in the group.
Conclusion There is no sig nificant relationship between diabetes and gender.With the age increase, the prevalence of diabetes rises.The abdominal type of obesity is the risk factor of diabetes.
