慢性铅暴露小鼠海马细胞凋亡相关基因的表达

摘要:目的 探讨发育期慢性铅暴露对小鼠海马B-细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2基因(Bcelllymphoma/leukemia-2, bcl-2)和bcl-2相关X基因(bcl-2associate X, bax)mRNA表达的影响。方法 用RT-PCR法检测慢性铅暴露时小鼠海马bcl-2和baxmRNA表达水平。结果 慢性铅暴露可使小鼠脑海马bcl-2mRNA表达水平明显下降, 而baxmRNA表达水平明显增加, 与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 慢性铅暴露可使小鼠脑海马bcl-2mRNA表达水平显著下降, 而baxmRNA表达水平显著增加。Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of chronic lead exposure on the mRNA expression of bcl-2 and bax in hippocampus of mice.Methods RT-PCR techniques were applied to recognize either the mRNA expression of bc-2 and bax in hippocampus of mice exposed to low level of lead.Results Bcl-2 mRNA expression in Pb2+-exposed group exhibited a significantly decline and bax mRNA expression in Pb2+-exposed group exhibited a significantly increase compared with control group.Conclusion Chronic lead exposure results in significant decline of bcl-2 mRNA expression and significantly increase of bax mRNA expression in hippocampus of mice.
