碱性离子水对大鼠胃溃疡的愈合作用

Effect of alkalescence ion water on gastric ulcer healing

摘要:
目的探讨碱性离子水对胃溃疡愈合的影响。
方法采用醋酸烧灼型大鼠胃溃疡模型, 对整水器处理后生产的不同pH值的碱性离子水对胃溃疡愈合的作用进行研究。
结果经饮用碱性离子水后, 大鼠平均胃溃疡的个数有所减少, 胃溃疡指数显著降低(P < 0.05, P < 0.01), 愈合率呈增加趋势。
结论整水器处理后的碱性离子水具有显著促进大鼠醋酸性溃疡愈合的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of ion water on rat gastric ulcer healing.
Methods To create the rat model of gastric ulcer cauterized by acetum.The rat was treated by drinking alkalescence ion water which pH value was difference and to observe the state of rat gastric ulcer healing.
Results After drinking alkalescence ion water, the number and index of rat gastric ulcer were significantly decreased(P < 0.05, P < 0.01, respectively), the rate of rat gastric ulcer healing was in creased.
Conclusion The alkalescence ion water presented significant promotion heal function for rat gastric ulcer cauterized by acetum.
