全氟辛烷磺酸对大鼠血清T3, T4和TSH的影响

Effects of perfluorooctane sulfonate on serum thiiodothronine, thyroxine and thyroid-stimulating in rats

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)对大鼠甲状腺素的影响。
      方法   在大鼠饲料中分别添加PFOS0.5, 1.5, 4.5mg/kg, 自由摄食65d。用酶放大化学发光免疫分析法检测大鼠血清中的甲状腺素T3、T4和促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。
      结果   PFOS各组与对照组比较T3、T4水平下降, 差异有统计学意义, 但未见剂量效应关系; TSH水平的差异无统计学意义。
      结论   PFOS能引起大鼠血清中的T3、T4水平下降。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the effects of perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)on the thyroids of rats.
      Methods   Rats were fed forage with 0.5, 1.5, 4.5 mg/kg PFOS.After 65 days, serum thiiodothronine(T3), thyroxine(T4)and thyroid-stimulating(TSH)were analyzed by enzyme exaggeration radioimmunoassays.
      Results   Serum T3 and T4 in the PFOS -treated rats were significantly reudced compared with the corresponding animals in control group, but didn't show any dose -effect relationship.There was no substantial idfference of TSH.
      Conclusion   PFOS could reduce serum T3 and T4.
