眼科医务人员生存质量的典型相关分析

Canonical correlation analysis on oculists'quality of life

摘要:
目的了解眼科医务工作者的生存质量现状及其影响因素。
方法采用世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)测评眼科医务工作者的生存质量, 并采用典型相关分析法分析主要影响因素。
结果眼科医务工作者的心理领域和社会关系领域得分高于一般社会人群。典型相关分析表明, 眼科医务工作者的年龄越大, 工龄越长, 其生理领域得分越低; 而职称越高, 其环境领域得分越高。
结论眼科医务工作者的生存质量状况与年龄、工龄和职称有关。

Abstract:
Objective To determine the status of oculists quality of life and influencing factors.
Methods 311 oculists were investigated with WHOQOL-BREF, and a canonical correlation analysis was used to find out the influencing factors.
Results The scores among the oculists were higher than those of the average in the domain of psycholog y and social relationships.The results showed that there were negative correlations between age, length of service and the domain of Physiology.There were positive correlations between professional title and the domain of environment.
Conclusion The oculists quality of life was related with age, length of service and professional title.
