Objective   To understand the high risk behaviors among men who have sexwith men(MSM)in small and medium sized city.

  Methods   Convenience sampling and sno wball sampling were used to selectrespondents; questionnaire was used during the research.

  Results   In recent6 months, 67.34 percentof 191 respondents have more than three sexual partners, the rate of anus sexor oral sexare 74.87% or 69.63% respectively, the rate of condom using was lower than 10% in anus sex, no one had ever used condoms in oral sex.52.11% were atmar riage or divo rce, 37.7% had ever sex with female.Illness of anus or genitalia had ever been developed among 45.03 percent of all the respondents, of whom, 9.03% had ever gone to public medical institutes.

  Conclusion   The condition that HIV has been prevalenthighly among MSM and spreading to general population is possible, so intervention on AIDS among MSM in small and medium sized city is needy urgently.
