Investigation on AIDS related KAP among floating population in China

摘要:目的 了解中国流动人口艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为现状, 探讨其影响因素, 为流动人口艾滋病预防提供科学依据.方法 利用2004年“流动人口性与生殖健康基线调查”数据, 采用SPSS软件对中国流动人口艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为进行分析.结果 95.4%的流动人口听说过AIDS, 但其中只有0.5%的能正确判断所有的传播和非传播途径, 65.7%的人知道使用避孕套可以预防AIDS; 分别有4.9%和37.8%的人认为应该或可以理解“如果一个男人长期没有性生活, 就去找小姐”; 13.6%的人目前的避孕措施是避孕套, 但只有34.6%的人能够每次使用避孕套.结论 流动人口的艾滋病知识有所增加, 但仍然缺乏, 安全性行为的比例也不高, 应该充分关注流动人口的艾滋病预防工作, 并采取更为有效的艾滋病健康促进干预措施.Abstract:Objective To realize AIDS related knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP)among floating peo ple in China and to discuss its influencing factors.To provide the evidence for how to preventAIDS fr om floating population.Methods The data was collected from the/Sexand Reproductive Health Baseline Sur vey among Floating People in China0 conducted in March 2004.Trained investigators who used the standard questionnaires interviewed 4 900 floating people from 6 provinces.Results 95.4% of them hear d aboutAIDS.butonly 0.5% could judge all the transmitted ways and no-transmitted ways correctly.45.9% believed thatthe HIV positive people should be isolated.Only 65.7% knew thatusing condom could prevent HIV infection.43.7% showed their understanding aboutthe man who had long time no sexual life had sexwith a sexual worker.13.6% floating people chosed condom as FP method and among them only 34.6% used condom every time.Conclusion Chinese floating people lack of AIDS knowledge.Mostof them donotpractice safe sexactivity.More inter vention should be given to the floating population.
