孕妇弓形虫感染胎盘垂直传播状况调查

Investigation on status of toxoplasma infection in pregnant women and its vertical transmission

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨孕妇弓形虫感染经胎盘垂直传播的情况。
      方法   采用酶联免疫吸附试验三联诊断法对93例孕妇和新生儿血清标本进行弓形虫感染的血清学检测。
      结果   孕妇弓形虫各单项检测阳性率分别为循环抗原(CAg)8.6%, IgM 10.8%, IgG 36.6%, 新生儿组分别为CAg 4.3%, IgM 2.2%, IgG 15.1%;孕妇弓形虫平均感染率为45.2%, 新生儿弓形虫平均感染率为19.4%;平均垂直传播率为42.9%, 孕妇IgG垂直传播率为41.3%, CAg垂直传播率为50%。
      结论   孕妇是弓形虫感染高危人群, 通过胎盘垂直传播感染胎儿的危险性很高, 应对孕妇开展血清学监测及时采取措施, 有效地预防先天性弓形虫感染。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the relationship and status of toxoplasma(T ox)infection between pregnant women and their fetus.
      Methods   Enzym-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect circulating antigen(CAg), special antibodies IgM and IgG in the blood of pregnant women and fetal umbilical blood.
      Results   Among the 93 cases, 8 were TOX-CA g positive(8.6%), 10 were TOX-IgM positive(10.8%)and 34 were TOX-IgG positive(36.6%)in pregnant women; the three were TOX-CAg 4(4.3%), TOX-I gM 2(2.2%)and TOX-I gG 14(15.1%)r espectively in newborn infants.The over all prevalence rates of to xoplasmosis among the pregnant women and their newborn infants were 45.2%(42/93)and 19.4%(18/93)respectively.the total proportion of vertical transmission was 42.9%, the IgG was 41.3%, the CAg was 50%.
      Conclusion   Pregnant women are at the high risk of toxoplasma infection, and more than 1/3 fetus will get infection from their mother before they give birth.Ther efore, Sero-epidemiologic survey in pregnant women should be strengthened in better child-bearing.
