      目的   调查研究基层HIV感染和艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作中面临的主要问题, 为制定完善防治工作政策, 为探讨HIV感染和艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作有效模式提供基础性资料.
      方法   采用选题组讨论方法对6个县区46名艾滋病防治工作人员调查询问, 寻找艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作中面临的主要问题, 并通过频数计算和加权计量分值计算出问题重要性排序.
      结果   前10位问题的加权构成比累计为68.31%, 是艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作中主要的问题.列前7位内和第10位的均属社会管理范畴内的问题.
      结论   在艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作中认真研究徒讨面临的主要问题, 抓住主要矛盾, 优先解决位列前10位的问题, 有利于促进其他问题的解决.

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the problems, and collect the primary data fo r establishing policy and exploring effective module in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS encountered in ruralareas.
      Methods   Investigation was carried out from 64 AIDS working staff in 6 counties by grouping discussion.The major problems in prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS were collected and evaluated through accumulated frequencies and arithmetic weighted values.
      Results   The const ituent ratio of top 10 problems, which were the most important problems in the preventio n and treatment of HIV/AIDS, was 68.31%.The top 7 problems and the tenth problem were social problems.
      Conclusion   Many problems encountered in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS should be treated carefully.Solving these problems is important in practice work, especially for the top 10 problems, which will be helpful to deal with other problems.
