铅和乙醇对雄性小鼠细胞免疫功能影响

Effects of lead and ethanol on cell immunization in male mice

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨铅与乙醇对雄性小鼠细胞免疫的影响及其机制.
      方法   检测铅与乙醇联合染毒的雄性小鼠脾脏器系数、T淋巴细胞增殖功能、丙二醛(MDA)生成量、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量.
      结果   醋酸铅与乙醇联合组T淋巴细胞增殖功能降低, 而脾组织MDA生成量则明显升高.
      结论   铅与乙醇对雄性小鼠细胞免疫有协同损伤作用, 并可能与脂质过氧化有关.

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the effects and mechanism of lead and ethanol on the cell immunization of male mice.
      Methods   The effects of lead and ethanol by the spleen visera coefficient were studied, Tlymphocytes were determined by blastogenic response imduced by the mitogen, concanavalin A(ConA), of spleen lymphocyts as well as glutathione and lipid peroxidation of the spleen in the male mice.
      Results   Tly mphocytes were determined by blasto genic response imduced by the mitogen, concanav alin A(Co nA)was decreased in all ex perimental groups.The content of LPO was increased in all experimental groups.
      Conclusion   Lead and ethanol may affect the cell immunization of male mice with joint effect and could be related to the lipid peroxidation.
