高血压流行特征与相关因素调查

摘要:
目的了解宁波市高血压的流行现状及其相关危险因素.
方法采用多级分层随机抽样的方法, 抽取宁波市区35~74周岁的常住(5年及5年以上)居民6 589人, 进行一般状况、生活方式及行为、家族史的调查和相关的体格检查, 应用SPSS 11.0软件采用Logistic回归分析筛选相关因素.
结果高血压患病率为28.24%, 标化患病率为22.11%, 其主要相关因素有年龄、性别、文化程度、饮食开支比例、蛋类摄入量、家族史、超重、体育锻炼等.
结论宁波市高血压患病率约为1991年全国高血压患病率的2倍, 且有随年龄增高的趋势, 有必要采取综合防治措施, 以减少高血压的患病率.

Abstract:
Objective To assess the current prevalence and the main correlative risk factors of hypertension in Ningbo.
Methods To apply multistage and random sampling to a resident(≥5 years)group of 6 589 people aged between 35 and 74 in Ningbo.Their general conditions, life styles, behaviors, and family histories were investigated.And corresponding phisical check-ups were rendered.The correlative risk factors were analyzed and screened with the logistic reg ression analysis by SPSS 11.0.
Results The prev alence rate was 28.24%, and the standardized rate was 22.11%.The correlative risk factors mainly included age, sex, educational level, proportion of the diet expenses, the amount of eggintake, family history, overw eight and physical exercise.
Conclusion The prevalence rate in Ningbo is approximately twice that of the whole China in 1991, and tends to increase with aging.It is hence necessary to take integrated control measures to reduce the prevalence of hypertension in Ningbo.
