沈阳地区孕妇膳食及饮食习惯调查

Investigation on dietary and diet habits among pregnant women in Shenyang city

  • 摘要:
      目的   了解沈阳地区孕妇饮食习惯及营养素的摄入情况, 为有针对性的指导孕妇合理营养, 保证母婴健康提供基础资料.
      方法   对沈阳地区孕妇进行饮食习惯调查, 并选取其中部分孕妇进行膳食调查.
      结果   孕妇膳食中蛋白质摄入量达到推荐摄入量标准(RNI)的119%, 而钙的摄入量仅为RNI的65%;其他主要营养素的摄入量均在RNI的80%以上; 孕妇在怀孕期补充过钙制剂和叶酸的比例分别为77%和50%, 但对锌、铁制剂补充的人数较少.
      结论   沈阳地区孕妇膳食中蛋白质摄入量偏高, 钙摄入量偏低.应加强孕妇合理营养的指导, 尤其应增加乳制品的摄入量, 适当降低动物性食物的摄入量.

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To understand the nutrients intake of pregnant women in Shenyang, and to give a reasonable nutrition suggestion to promote the health of pregnant women and development of fetus.
      Methods   Dietary habit was investigated for pregnant women in Shenyang, and Dietary survey was made among some of them.
      Results   The amount of protein intake accounted for 119% recommend nutrients intake(RNI), but the amount of calcium intake only accounted for 65% RNI.The others nutrients intake reached above 80% RNI; The rate of complement calcium and folid acid among pregnancy was about 77% and 50%, but the number of complementation zinc and iron among pregnant women was relatively low.
      Conclusion   The amount of protein intake is relatively higher, and calcium intake is lower among the pregnant women in Shenyang.So the nutrition guidance should be made among them, and the amount of milk or milk product intake should be increased, as well as the amount of animal foods intake should be decreased properly.
