世界健康调查项目中国预调查重测信度分析

Test-retest reliability analysis on world health survey-China pilot study

      目的   评估世界健康调查(WHS)问卷在我国国情条件下应用的可靠性。
      方法   运用Cohen's Kappa和谐相关系数和类内相关系数分别对WHS问卷中的分类测量、等级测量和定量测量的重测信度进行了计算, 并采用方差分析的方法对客观性条目和主观性条目的重测信度进行比较。
      结果   在客观性条目和主观性条目中的自报问题均显示出了较高的信度, 二者κ > 0.9的条目分别超过90%和80%。客观性条目、自报问题、情景问题的信度的95%CI分别为(0.9262, 0.9617)、(0.7742, 0.8178)、(0.6923, 0.7333), 三者差异有统计学意义。
      结论   WHS问卷在收集事实性数据方面具有很高的可靠性, 但在情景问题方面的信度有待于提高。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To assess the reliability of world health survey(WHS)questionnaires being applied in a Chinese environment.
      Methods   Cohen's Kappa, concordance correlation coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient were used to calculate the test-retest reliability of categorical, ranked and quantitative measurements.ANOVA method was used to compare the testretest reliabilities of objective items with of subjective items.
      Results   High reliability was found in objective items and in selfreliabilities of objective items, and the items with a Kappa larger than 0.9 in these two categories were more than 90% and 80% separately.The confidence intervals of reliability of objective items' selfreported questions and vignette questions were(0.9262, 0.9617), (0.7742, 0.8178)and(0.6912, 0.7333)separately, which showed a statistical significant difference.
      Conclusion   WHS questionnaire shows a high dependability in collecting reality data, but is reliability need to be improved in vignette questions.
