被动吸烟对仔鼠学习记忆功能影响及干预效应
Effect and intervention of passive smoking on learning and memory ability of mice offspring

摘要:目的 研究小鼠孕期被动吸烟对其子代学习、记忆功能的影响, 并探讨不同抗氧化剂对吸烟危害的改善作用。方法 建立被动吸烟模型, 设立对照组、吸烟组和抗氧化剂干预组; 吸烟染毒3个月后产子代, 利用小鼠在方型水迷宫中学习、记忆能力的变化, 通过组间对照评价吸烟组和抗氧化剂干预组的不同影响结果, 及干预在子代中的改善作用。结果 各干预组子代的游泳成绩均随学习时间的增加而提高, 吸烟组子代提高的速度最慢; 水迷宫测试第1, 4, 8和12 d, 吸烟组小鼠子代的潜伏期明显高于对照组子代; 测试12 d时, 维生素E(VE)干预组潜伏期与吸烟组比较明显降低; 由达标后的结果分析可见, 被动吸烟组子代小鼠的错误次数与对照组比较有增高趋势。结论 胚胎期被动吸烟使小鼠学习记忆功能下降, 通过抗氧化剂的干预可能得到改善。Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of passive smoking on the learning and memory ability of mice offspring, and also to discuss the improvement effect of different antioxidants on cigarette smoking hazard.Methods Model of passive smoking of created and control, smoking and antioxidant intervention groups were set up.Different results between smoking and antioxidant intervention groups and the improvement effect to mice offspring were estimated.Results (1) The swimming score of mice offspring of intervention groups heightened with increasing study time, whereas smoking group had a slowest score promotion.(2)The latency of smoking group was obvious higher than that of control on 1 d, 4 d, 8 d and 12 d of the water maze latency test.(3)The latency of VE intervention group was obvious lower than that of smoking group on 12 d.(4)Compared with control group, the swimming error numbers of smoking group had an increasing tendency.Conclusion Passive smoking in pregant term has negative influence on learning and memory ability to offspring.It has striking effect through antioxidant intervention.
