松花江汞污染治理后儿童生长发育及智力调查

Investigation on children′s growth and IQ after treatment of mercury pollution in Songhua river

  • 摘要:
      目的   了解松花江汞污染综合治理后儿童生长发育及智力发展状况。
      方法   对松花江汞污染综合治理地区与无污染的对照地区环境中的汞含量进行测定; 选择2个地区10~13岁儿童测量其发汞含量并进行儿童生长发育指标身高、体重、坐高、胸围、背肌力、握力的测定; 用联合型-瑞文测验的方法进行智商测定。
      结果   汞污染综合治理地区与对照地区水、土壤以及水生动物鱼类的汞含量均低于国家标准且2个地区间差异无统计学意义; 2个地区稻米汞含量虽差异有统计学意义, 但都远低于国家标准; 2个地区儿童的发汞含量、反映儿童生长发育状况的各项指标及智商差异均无统计学意义。
      结论   松花江汞污染综合治理后儿童的生长发育和智力发展已趋于正常水平。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the status of childrencs growth and intelligence quotient(IQ)after treatment of the mercury pollution in Songhua river.
      Methods   To test the content of environmental mercury in the treated region of Songhua river and the control region; to test the content of mercury in hair of children 10~13 years old and to determine the growth index such as height, body weight, sitting height, chest circumference, back strength, grip strength; to measure the IQ with CRT-RC.
      Results   The content of mercury in the sample of water, soil and fish in two region were all lower than the national standard and the data between the two regions hade no statistical significance; the content of mercury in the rice sample of the two region had statistical difference, but it was lower than the national standard; the content of the mercury in the children's hair and all kinds of index which reflected childrencs growth had no statistical significance between the two region.
      Conclusion   The status of childrencs growth and IQ after treatment of the pollution of mercury in Songhua river get close to normal level.
