知识分子人群代谢综合征患病及危险因素分析

Analysis on metabolic syndrome and its risk factors among senior intellectuals in Hefei city

  • 摘要:
      目的   分析合肥市高级知识分子人群中代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况及主要危险因素, 为MS的防治提供依据。
      方法   通过整群抽样, 对合肥市4 726名35岁以上具有高级职称的科研人员进行横断面调查, 比较不同年龄、性别的MS及各种代谢异常患病率, 同时进行相关危险因素Logisitic回归分析。
      结果   该人群MS患病率为14.5%, 且随着年龄的增长患病率呈增加趋势; MS相关危险因素中, 性别、年龄、食盐摄入、腌制食品、肉类摄入、高血压家族史等因素差异有统计学意义, 其中肉类摄入为保护因素。
      结论   高级职称科研人员中MS患病率状况不容乐观, 应作为MS高危人群开展预防保健工作。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To analysis the prevalence and risk factors of metabolic syndrome among senior intellectuals in Hefei and to provide reference for further prevention and control of chronic disease.
      Methods   4 726 subjects(above 35 years old)were selected by cluster sampling.The comparison of the prevalence rate of the metabolic syndrome by gender and age and unconditional logistic regression were performed.
      Results   The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 14.5%, increasing along with age.Age, sex, salt and pickle intake and family history of hypertension were the main risk factors of metabolic syndrome, and meat intake was a protective factor.
      Conclusion   There is high prevlalence rate of the metabolic synarome in senior intellectuals.More helath education and leading of healthy life style are very necessary.The key point is to limit salt intake and balance nutrient.
