不同抗性培育下家蝇乙酰胆碱酯酶活性变化

Change of AChE's activities in musca domestica with insecticide resistance by different feed method

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨不同种类杀虫剂在不同施药方式下对家蝇的作用机制。
      方法   分别在幼虫期和成虫期对家蝇施加杀虫剂, 测量不同世代家蝇的半数致死量(LD50)并计算抗性指数, 测量不同抗性水平下家蝇乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性。
      结果   施加敌敌畏的2个品系家蝇乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性升高明显, 施加高效氯氰菊酯的2个品系乙酰胆碱酯酶活性先升高后下降; 幼虫期施加杀虫剂的品系抗性水平升高较快。
      结论   乙酰胆碱酯酶是敌敌畏作用于家蝇的靶标; 幼虫期施加杀虫剂抗性增加较快, 因此, 在家蝇的防治过程中应尽量避免在幼虫期施加杀虫剂。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To offer evidence of prevention of Musca domestica by exploring the principle of different insecticide and different time of Musca domestica fed with insecticide.
      Methods   Musca domestica was fed with insecticides on adulthood and infancy; Median lethal dose(LD50)of different times of Musca domestica was measured; the index of fastness was computed; acetylcholinesterase(AChE)activities of Musca domestica were measured with different level of fastness.
      Results   Activities of AChE of Musca domestica which was brought up with Dichlorvos was enhanced more, while the other two kinds.which was brought up with high effect cypermethrin was enhanced at first and then fell down.Level of fastness of kinds which were fed with insecticide on infancy was enhanced more quickly than that of the other two kinds.
      Conclusion   AChE is the target when dichlorvos is used to bring up fastness of Musca domestica; insecticides should not be used on the infancy of Musca domestica because level of fastness which is fed with insecticide on infancy is enhanced more quickly.
