河南新乡县农村居民幽门螺杆菌感染调查
Seroepidemiology survey of Helicobacter pylori infection in rural residents of Xinxiang County in Henan Province

摘要:目的 了解河南省新乡县农村居民幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, Hp)的感染情况, 为预防Hp感染和Hp相关疾病的防治提供依据。方法 对河南省新乡县小冀镇有上消化道症状或有消化道疾病家族史者及其家庭成员1 057人, 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测Hp-IgG抗体。应用SPSS 10.0统计软件进行分析。结果 血清Hp抗体阳性率为77.22%, 其中男性为78.16%, 女性为76.57%, 男女间差异无统计学意义。各年龄组Hp感染率经趋势χ2检验差异无统计学意义, 以25岁~组感染率最高(85.21%)。195对配偶中, 一方Hp阳性, 其配偶Hp阳性率为92.81%;一方Hp阴性, 另一方Hp阳性率为30.95%, 差异有统计学意义(χ2=77.335, P < 0.01)。结论 新乡县农村居民Hp感染率很高, 且有家庭聚集性。Abstract:Objective To understand the infection situation of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in rural residents of Xinx iang county in Henan province and provide the scientific bases forenacting preventive control measures of Hp infection and Hp associated disease.Methods Hp antibody of 1 057 residents with upper digestive tract symptom and their families was examined by using ELISA.The data were analyzed by SPSS10.0 statistics software.Results Positive rates for Hp infection were 77.22%.The infection rates of male and female were 78.16% and 76.57% respectively, which had no significant differences.There were no significant differences among the infection rates in differentage groups by trend χ2 test.However, Hp infection rate of people aged 25 was highest(85.21%).Among 195 spouses, if one was infected with Hp, the infection rate of their consorts was 92.81%.On the contrary, if one was negative for Hp, the infection rate for their consorts was 30.95%.There was no significant difference in statistics(χ2=77.335, P < 0.01).Conclusion The infection rate of Hp is high in Xinxiang county of Henan province, and Hp infection is clustered within families.
