月经初潮早发与社会心理因素关系

A case-control study on psychological and social factors of urban girls with early menarche

摘要:
目的研究城市女孩月经初潮早发相关的心理社会因素, 为健康教育提供理论依据。
方法采用1:1配对的病例对照方法, 选取137对月经初潮早发及对照进行调查, 并进行单因素及多因素条件Logistic回归分析。
结果单因素分析中有6个因子差异有统计学意义, 其中父亲的温暖理解和母亲的拒绝否认进入多因素分析。
结论社会心理因素与月经初潮早发有关。

Abstract:
Objective To study the psychosocial factors of urban girls with early menarche in Harbin and to provide theoretical basis for carrying outhealth education.
Methods A 1:1 matched cas-econtrol study on 137 girls with early menarche was conducted.Conditional logistic regressions of univariate and multiveriate were applied to analyze influencial factors of early menar che.
Results Simple log istic regression revealed that early menarche were significantly related to 6 factors, and father's understanding and mother's rejection entered the regression model.
Conclusion Early menarche is related to psy chosocial factors.
