县级综合医院医务人员结核病防制知识调查

Investigation on knowledge about tuberculosis prevention and control in staff of complex hospital at county level

摘要:
目的了解县级综合医院医务人员现代结核病预防控制知识掌握现状, 为结核病预防控制策略调整提供参考。
方法在综合医院有关科室中随机抽查医务人员, 按结核病预防控制知识问卷进行现况调查。
结果综合医院医务人员对结核病预防控制相关知识的掌握比例为33.6%, 不同职业、科室、职称相比差异无统计学意义。
结论综合医院医务人员结核病预防控制知识掌握水平与目前国家结核病预防控制形势不相适应, 距国家结核病预防控制10年规划要求相差较远, 不能满足结核病控制项目工作需要。为确保结核病人发现率, 应进一步加强结核病预防控制知识培训。

Abstract:
Objective To reveal the complex hospital staff's know ledge about tuberculosis prevention and control in order to serve the TB control prog ramme.
Methods 611 medical members in 6 complex hospitals were selected randomly and researched with questionnaire by cross-section survey.
Results The proportion of medical staffs known the knowledge to TB control and prevention was 33.6%.There were no significant in occupat ion, office and technical post respectively.
Conclusion This level is too low to report and transfer tuberculosis cases effectively in complex hospital for TB control pro gramme.It is necessaryto train them systematically to increase TB cases finding.
