甲肝并发其他脏器损伤影响因素分析

Influence factors of other organs injury involved in hepatitis A

摘要:
目的了解甲型肝炎并发肝外其他脏器损伤的种类及其影响因素。
方法 34例有并发症的甲肝患者与同期住院的407例非并发症甲肝患者进行对比研究。
结果甲肝患者可并发多种肝外脏器损伤, 其中以感染为常见, 并发症者总胆红素、住院天数及黄疸持续天数等明显重于对照组; 白蛋白低于对照组。多元Logistic回归分析提示, 总胆红素升高、白蛋白降低和甲肝的急性黄疸型与甲肝并发症发生危险性增加有关。
结论患甲肝可有多种肝外脏器受累, 并发症的发生可能与甲肝分型、总胆红素和白蛋白水平有一定关系。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the kinds of complications of virus hepatitis A and its influence factors.
Methods 34 cases of hepatitis A were contrasted with complications with 407 cases without complications whom were in hospital at the same time.
Results Many organs except liver were involved while hepatitis A was occurr ing.Inflammations were common.The patients with complications were usually severer than the control in aspects such as days of hospitalization and jaundice extinction, level of albumin and cholery thirin ect.
Conclusion Many organs except liver were damaged while hepatitis A was o ccurr ing.The type of Hepatitis A, level of choler ythirin and albumin were related with complications of virus hepatit is A.
