2种口服甲型肝炎疫苗免疫应答效果评价

Evaluation on immune response effects of two oral hepatits A vaccines

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗口服免疫效果。
      方法   将甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗口服免疫Balb/c小鼠, 并检测免疫后抗甲型肝炎总抗体I、gA和sIgA, 外周血淋巴细胞亚群, 脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ), 肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平。
      结果   2种疫苗口服免疫后均能诱导体液、细胞和局部免疫应答; 但含铝佐剂的甲型肝炎灭活疫苗口服免疫, 诱导抗体水平较低, 但可诱导较好的细胞免疫应答。
      结论   口服免疫可以作为甲型肝炎疫苗有效的免疫途径之一。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the immune effects of live attenuated HAV vaccine(H2)and inactiv ated hepatitis A vaccine(L8).
      Methods   The Balb/c mice were orally immunized, and the total anti-HAV antibody, IgA, sIgA; Tlymphocyte subsets of blood; lymphocytes proliferation; IFN-C, TNF-A and IL-2 of sera of mouse were detected.
      Results   Both HAV vaccine could induce humoral, cellular and local immune response after mice orally immunized.But aluminiferous inactivated HAV vaccine had better cellular response with lower antibody level.
      Conclusion   Oral immunizat ion can be an effective way of inducing both local and systemic immunity ag ainst HAV.
