艾滋病诊疗医务人员对艾滋病态度分析

Analysis on attitude and reason of health care workers to AIDS in HIV diagnosis and treatment centers

摘要:
目的了解艾滋病诊疗医务人员对艾滋病的态度, 分析影响态度的深层原因.
方法对87名艾滋病诊疗医务人员进行匿名问卷调查, 并采用换位和代言的方法讨论产生这些态度的深层原因.
结果在20个观点中, 艾滋病诊疗医务人员仅对“艾滋病儿童是无辜的受害者, 应该给他们提供免费治疗”等7个观点呈大体一致的态度(达到75%以上), 其余观点均有较大分歧.艾滋病知识的缺乏、不了解艾滋病的严峻形势、缺乏正确的、一致的艾滋病防治观和行为观是导致以上分歧的主要原因.
结论艾滋病诊疗医务人员具有一定的艾滋病传播及预防基本知识, 但缺乏艾滋病的专业知识和正确的、一致的艾滋病防治观和行为观.应加大艾滋病专业知识的普及和注重理性态度及行为的培养.

Abstract:
Objective To identify HIV/AIDS -related attitudes and examine the reasons for these attitudes among health care workers.
Methods 87 health care workers who took care of HIV/AIDS patients were asked to participate in a stigma role play named "How do you feel about HIV/AIDS."Participants completed an anonymous questionnaire about HIV/AIDS issues and answered whether they agree, disagree or it depends to each question.After completion participants exchanged answer sheets and discussed the responses of the answer sheets they were given.
Results Among 20 questions, only 7 viewpoints got a consistent result.Others the choices were less clear.After deep discussion, absence of HIV/AIDS knowledge, unaware of austerity situation of HIV/AIDS and lacking of correct and consistent H1V/AIDS prevention and treatment and behavior viewpoint were the main reasons of discordance.
Conclusion Although health workers at some HIVDiagnosis and Treatment Sectors have relatively high basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention, their HIVspecific knowledge is rather poor.Lack of correct and consistent HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and behavior viewpoint cannot be ignored.Training them of HIV specific knowledge and reasonable attitude and behavior should be initiated urgently.
