泰安市社区居民艾滋病预防知识现况调查

Investigation on knowledge of AIDS prevention in community inhabitants of Tai'an community

摘要:
目的了解社区居民对艾滋病知识的知晓情况, 进一步采取健康教育和促进措施.
方法采用整群抽样方法, 对泰安市泰山区4 089名社区居民进行艾滋病知识的问卷调查.
结果社区居民对艾滋病相关知识的正确率较高, 对性传播、血液传播、垂直传播的正确认知率分别为87%, 90.2%, 90.2%, 对一些非传播途径认识不清.半数居民对艾滋病病毒感染者有恐惧心理.多数居民还没有将预防艾滋病付诸于实际行动.
结论要进一步提高社区居民对艾滋病的认知水平, 尤其是对非传播途径的宣传教育.

Abstract:
Objective To understand the situation of AIDS knowledge in communty crowd and further to carry on the health education and the promotion.
Methods Cluster sampling method was used to carry on AIDS knowledge investigation Tai'an city.4 089 community crowds were sampled in the questionnaire survey.
Results The community crowd was high Rate to AIDS correlation knowledge.The knowing rates of sex transmission, mother to baby, blood transmission respectively was 87%, 90.2%, 90.2%.However to some non-dissemination way understanding mistakes.Half numbers of inhabitants had the dread to the AIDS virus infected person.The most inhabitants would nothave in the practical action to prevent AIDS.
Conclusion AIDS cognition level should be further enhanced.It is important to educate the inhabitant to carry out "knowledge, attitude, behavior "transformation.
