Objective   To know the abnormal situation of high school students blood lipid in the area where cardiovascular disease incidence rate was above normal level so that intervention measurement could be adopted.

  Methods   Six high school were selected randomly in Zhang Wu courty of Liaoning province and physical examinations were carried to every objects, then limosis blood and isolated serum were collected to test choleterim(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterin and high density lipoprotein cholesterin.

  Results   (1) The TClevel of all the students was(3.52±0.65)mmol/L, the TGlevel was(0.94±0.53)mmol/L.the LDL-Clevel was(1.71±0.49)mmol/L.The HDL-Clevel was(1.32±0.41)mmol/L.the TC, TGand LDL-Clevel of boy students was higher than that of girl students significantly.However, the HDL-Clevel of boy students was a little higher than that of girl students.(2)The blood lipids level changed alternatively.(3)The TC, TGlevel of overweight group was higher than that of normal weight group.The HDL-Clevel of overweight group was lower than that of normal weight group significantly.(4)The TC, TGand LDL-Cabnormal rate of girl students was higher than that of boy students.However, the situation of HDL-Cwas adverse.(5)The abnormal rate of the four index among age groups had no the trench that it increased with age.(6)The TGabnormal rate of overweight was higher than that of body normal weight group significant.

  Conclusion   The blood fat level of the area students is lower than that of most places in the country.The cardiovascular disease incidence of the adolescents who live in rural area of china is higher than other areas and their blood fat level rule may be different.
