Abstract:
Objective To explore expression of connexin(Cx26,Cx32,Cx43,Cx45)in transferred human sto mach cell line(GES-1),humanwell differentiated stomach cancer cell line(N87)and human poor differentiated stomach cancer cell line(BGC-823)and their relationship to the metastatic potential of stomach cancer.
Methods Indirect immunofluo rescence methods were used to examine the expression of connexin(Cx26,Cx 32,Cx43,Cx 45)in varied differentiation grades of stomach cancer cells,and the relations of the expression of connexin with the occur rence and development of stomach cancer metastatic potential were analyzed.
Results The expression of Cx26,Cx 32,Cx 43,Cx45 manifested the gradient changes from high level to low level,and finally deletion.ie expression of Cx26,Cx 32,Cx 43,Cx45 was highly level in GES-1.And decreased in N87,and had no expression in BGC-823,but expressive position were different.
Conclusion The expression of connexin(Cx 26,Cx32,Cx 43,Cx45)have osculating relations with the occurrence and development of stomach cancer.
