牛黄酸钙对血浆钙铁磷及器官重量影响

Effects of calcium taurinate on content of serum calcium, iron, phosphate and weight of organs of rats

      目的   了解牛黄酸钙对血浆钙、铁、磷含量及免疫器官和脑重量的影响。
      方法   将大鼠随机分为4组, 分别为低钙饲料组、牛黄酸钙组、碳酸钙组、乳酸钙组, 实验4周后, 用化学法测定血浆钙、铁、磷含量, 称取大鼠体重、脾脏、胸腺和脑的重量。
      结果   牛黄酸钙与乳酸钙组比较, 血浆钙、铁、磷差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05), 与碳酸钙组比较, 血磷差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。3组比较, 以牛黄酸钙组血浆钙含量最高, 铁含量最低。各组均呈现血钙含量高, 铁和磷含量降低。牛黄酸钙组脑和脾脏相对重量与其他2组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05), 以牛黄酸钙组最高, 乳酸钙组次之, 碳酸钙组最低。4组胸腺相对重量比较差异无统计学意义。
      结论   牛黄酸钙可明显增加血浆钙含量, 不同钙剂对磷和铁吸收有影响。牛黄酸钙除具有补钙功效外, 还具有提高机体免疫力和促进大脑发育的作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe the effects of calcium taurinate on the content of serum calcium, iron and phospate and the weight of immune organs and brain of rats.
      Methods   The rats were assigned to four groups, low calcium diet group calcium taurinate group, calcium carbonate group and calcium lactate group.After 4 weeks, the countent of serum calcium, iron and phosphate were tested, the weight of rats, spleen, thymus and brain were weighted.
      Results   The content of serum calcium, iron and phosphate of calcium taurinate group were obviously different from calcium lactate group(P < 0.05), and serum phosphate content of calcium taurinate group was also different remarkably from that of calcium carbonate group(P < 0.05).Serum calcium content in calcium taurinate group was the highest among three groups, and serum iron content was the lowest.Every group showed high serum calcium content and decreased irom and phosphate levels.The weight of brain and spleen in calcium taurinate group were obviously heavier than those in other two groups(P < 0.05), and calcium carbonate group were the lightest.The weight of thymus in four groups had no distinct difference.
      Conclusion   Calcium taurinate can obviously increase the content of serum calcium, and different calcium agents affect absorption of phosphate and iron.Calcium taurinate not only has the effect of supplying calcium, but also can improve immune ability and promote brain development.
