精神分裂症患者的健康生命损失研究

Study on years of healthy life lost of schizophrenia patients

摘要:
目的从人群健康生命损失角度, 用残疾调整寿命年(DALY)衡量精神分裂症的健康生命损失、提供精神分裂症危害健康的数据资料。
方法运用流行病与卫生统计学方法和WHO推荐使用的DALY指标, 对哈尔滨市精神分裂症健康寿命年损失(人年/千人)进行计算。
结果哈尔滨市1999~2001年因精神分裂症造成的DALY分别为4.70, 5.60, 5.91人年/千人, 呈递增趋势。
结论精神分裂症对人群健康造成严重威胁, 应给予以足够的重视。

Abstract:
Objective With the view of health year loss, and to study the burden of disease caused by Schizophrenia in Harbin, reporting losing information that caused by Schizophrenia for the research.
Methods Epidemiology, health statistics knowledge, and disability adjusted life year(DALY)index were to calculate years of healthy life lost of schizophrenia.
Results From 1999 to 2001, DALY were 4.70, 5.60, 5.97 person year/1 000 populations.There was an increasing trend in healthy life loss.
Conclusion Schizophrenia made a serious harm to health, and it should be paid more attention.
