复合微生物菌群处理垃圾渗滤液影响因素分析

Analysis of influence factors on leachate treatment by complex microorganisms

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究渗滤液浓度、pH、投菌量和处理时间等因素对复合菌群处理渗滤液中有机物和氨氮效果的影响。
      方法   以沈阳大莘填埋场渗滤液作为研究对象, 构建处理渗滤液的高效复合菌群, 以耗氧量(CODCr)和NH3-N为评价指标, 测定复合菌群处理渗滤液的结果。
      结果   该复合菌群适宜pH范围为6.5~8.5;最高可耐受CODCr为11 520 mg/L的渗滤液, 在此浓度条件下最佳投菌量是5×105cfu/ml, 且投菌量应与渗滤液浓度相适应; 一般情况下处理2 d可达到较好效果, 且延长处理时间有助于有机物和氨氮的去除。
      结论   所构建复合菌群对渗滤液中有机物和氨氮有较好降解能力。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To analyze and study the influence of the leachate concentration, pH, inoculation amount and treated time on treatment efficiency with complex microorg anisms.
      Methods   The high effective complex microor ganisms were domesticated to treat the leachate and the Chemical Oxygen Demand(CODCr)and NH3-N were detected.
      Results   The pH 6.5~8.5 was suitable for the complex microorg anisms growth.The highest CODCr what the complex microor ganisms could endure was 11 520 mg/L and the best inoculation amount was 5×105 cfu/ml under the condition.The inoculation amount should match the leachate concentration.The complex microorg anisms brought better treatment efficiency for two days in generally, and adding the treated time could be benefit to degrading the CODCr and NH3-N.
      Conclusion   The complex microorganisms could degrade the CODCr and NH3-N of the leachate well.
