新型可降解生物材料改性PPC生物安全性评价

Biological safey evaluation of modified PPC as a new biodegradable material

  • 摘要:
      目的   对自行研制的新型可降解生物材料改性聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)进行生物安全性评价。
      方法   改性PPC是将PPC与聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)按一定比例共混生成的一种新型可降解的生物材料。应用经尾静脉射途径短期全身毒性试验、热源试验、四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测的细胞毒性试验、溶血试验和皮肤刺激试验等5种方法对其进行生物安全性检测。
      结果   改性PPC无急性全身毒性反应、无热源产生、无细胞毒性、有良好的血液相容性(溶血率为1.17%), 并且对皮肤无刺激作用。
      结论   改性PPC具有良好的生物安全性。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To make a new biodegradable material, polypropylene-carbonate(Modified PPC)and to evaluate its biological safety.
      Methods   Modified PPC was a new biodegradable material generated by mixing of PPC and poly β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB).The evaluation experiments included: acute toxicity test, pyrogenic test, cell toxicity texted by methyl thazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assaying, hemolysis test and skin stimulation test.
      Results   Modified PPC had no generaltoxic reaction, no heat source, no cytotoxicity, no skin simulation and had favourable blood compatibility.
      Conclusion   Modified PPC has satisfactory biological safety.
