Abstract:
Objective To know the knowledge,attitude,practice and the influence factors about food sanitation and law among rural caterers in Jiangsu province and provide scientific evidence for the sanitation supervision.
Methods A question-naire survey was conducted among 568 rural caterers from Jiangsu.
Results A significantly positive correlation was found between the time rural caterers,service and the area economy(

P=01000).The rate of right answer to knowledge,attitude,practice was 33.42%,83.80%,32.92% respectively.Sex,education,age,length of service,training testification,occupation were contributing factors to their KAP level from the analysis of multiariate linear regression(

Conclusion More educational programs were needed to improve the knowledge and behavior of food sanitation and law to rural caterers.
