Abstract:
Objective To observe the immunological effects of wild lactarius volemus on normal and the immune deficit mice induced by cyclo-phos-phamide(CP).
Methods Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:2 test groups administered with lactarius volemus9.0 g/(kg·bw)and lactarius volemus9.0 g/(kg·bw)+CP,negative control group, and positive control group(CP).35 days later, the five indicators were determined, respectively.
Results Thymus index of mice,HC50 in serum, delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH),and the cabon clear index(α)of cabon clear test in lactarius volemus 9.0 g/(kg·bw)+CP groups were significantly more than that in positive control group(CP)(
P<0.01).The delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)and the cabon clear index(α),restored the normal test group level.
Conclusion The wild lactarius volemus can protect the mice from the damage of immunological function including humoral mediated immunity, cellar mediated immunity and macrophage function by cyclo-phos-phamide.
