Abstract: Objective To understand the performance situation and.it's shortco ming of the policy of prevention and cure of AIDS in county area,and to give outrecommendation on these grounds.Methods With the method of str atified and cluster sampling,a questionnaire for the specific technicistof prevention and cure of A IDS and a visitation for the leaders in county area were carr ied out.Results The characteristic aboutknowledge,attitude,behavior and persuasion(KABP)about AIDS of the specific technicistand the leaders in the county area was notoptimistic.The r ecentworking mechanisms of prevention and cure of AI DS thatof "the gover nmentto lead,multi-branches to cooper ate,and to implementduty layer upon layer" obtained generally identification,butmajo rity of the leaders(64.6%)and specific technicist(73.3%)think thatmultibranches cooperation was notenough or very poor recently because of the absence of a consummate method to supervise and direct.The troops construction of prevention and cure of AIDS in county area and its working co ndition was below the mark,and working funds should be further fulfilled.The performance situation of the policy and the steps of prevention and cure of AIDS in county area should be further supervised and directed.Conclusion The recentwor king mechanisms of prevention and cure of AIDS in county area,and should perfecta setof prvention and cure of AIDS in county area should be molsled on and setof progr ams for supervising and directing should be perfected.Itis very importantto streng then the implement of the policy and the steps of prevention and cure of A IDS in county area,and to think highly of the troops construction of prevention and cure of A IDS in county area and it's working condition.
