束缚应激对小鼠全血铁锌钙镁含量影响

Effect of restraint stress on whole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca、and Mg in rats

  • 摘要: 目的观察束缚应激后小鼠全血中铁、锌、钙和镁含量的变化,研究束缚应激对全血4种元素的影响和规律。方法建立小鼠束缚应激模型,原子吸收分光光度法测定小鼠全血中铁、锌、钙和镁的含量。结果对照组小鼠全血铁、锌、钙、镁含量分别为(391.20±16.01),(5.90±0.56),(59.44±10.71),(45.12±3.38)μg/ml;实验组小鼠全血铁、锌、钙、镁含量分别为(351.23±35.22),(5.05±0.70),(59.68±7.40),(43.99±4.31)μg/ml。与对照组比较,接受应激的小鼠全血中铁、锌含量显著降低(P<0.05),钙含量略有升高,镁含量降低,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论束缚应激可使小鼠全血铁、锌含量显著降低;微量元素铁、锌与束缚应激反应之间存在一定的联系。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the changes of whole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca and Mg in rats under restraint stress,and study the effect and regularity of restraint stress on whole blood contents of four elements.MethodsRestraint-stressed model in rats was established,and whole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca and Mg in rats were determined by AAS.ResultsWhole blood contents of Fe、Zn、Ca and Mg in rats of control group were as follows(μg/ml):(391.20±16.01),(5.90 ±0.56),(59.44±10.1),(45.12±3.38);in experimental group were as follows(μg/ml):(351.23±35.22),(5.05± 0.70),(59.68±7.40),(43.99±4.31).The whole blood contents of Fe、Zn decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),the contents of Ca increased slightly and the contents of Mg decreased,but there was no significant deviation(P>0.05).ConclusionRestraint stress can make whole blood contents of Fe、Zn decrease;there is some association between trace elements Fe、Zn and restraint stress.
