大黄素对大鼠牙周组织抗氧化作用

Antioxidation effect of emodin on exprimental periodonititis in rats

  • 摘要: 目的探讨大黄素对实验性牙周炎大鼠牙周组织的抗氧化作用。方法将牙周炎大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、碘甘油治疗组和大黄素治疗组,均用大黄素局部涂抹(3次/d),共30 d。治疗结束后测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果大黄素能显著提高SOD活力,降低血清中MDA含量,并增加GSH-Px活力。结论大黄素作为一种有效的抗氧化成分,对恢复牙周组织健康有明显效果。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the antioxidation effect of emodin on experimental periodontitis in rats.MethodsPeriodonititis model rats were randomly divided into normal,model,iodoglycerin and emodin group.Emodin was administered tid for 10 days.After treatment,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondiadehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx)were measured.ResultsEmodin significantly increased the activity of SOD and GSH-Px,and derceased the level of MDA.ConclusionEmodin,powerful in antioxidation,helps to recover the health of periodontal tissue effectively.
