Abstract: ObjectiveTo research the implementation of new rural cooperatives medical service system of thirteen experimental-site counties and to discover the problems,then to propose the corresponding solutions and the countermeasures.MethodsThe collected data were described statistically,and analysed with the related economic knowledge.ResultsThe totally raised finance was reasonable in the experimental-site counties of Xinjing.However,the financial proportion of compensation and expense is unreasonable for partial experimental-site counties.ConclusionThe new rural cooperative medical service system played an important role in peasants.taking health care.The system of raising money and proportion of compensation should be improved so as to promote the development of new rural cooperative medicine smoothly.
