Abstract: ObjectiveTo probe into the quality of life(QOL)among those patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).MethodsAccording to WHO QOL-100 measuring scale 167 cases of CHD and matched normal controls were checked up on their QOL.Throught test,χ² test,and corr elation analysis to survey QOL.ResultsCHD cases had lower QOL than the normal controls in terms of physical,psy chological,independence,social relation,environmental domain,and WHO QOL-100 total mark.According to the total mark of social support and subjective support,CHD cases had lower points,and the total mark of social support and subjective supporthad positive correlation connection with quality of life.Economic level and social support were the influeving factor.ConclusionSocial support and subjective support should be given to patients actively so as to raise their quality of life.
