Abstract: ObjectiveTo understand the situation of knowledge,attitude and pratctice on vaccine in order to raise the vaccination rate in students in ethnic minority area of Western Hunan.MethodsWith stratified and clustered sampling method,the KA Pquestionnaire was used in 717 students in 6 schools of Tujia and Miao nationalities autonomous prefecture of western Hunan.ResultsThe students have some knowledge about vaccine.The results of test showed the students in grade 2 of high school were much better than other students.The sources of knowledge on vaccine came from school and students.parents.There were good attitude and behavior in most students.ConclusionTo enlarge students.knowledge on vaccine and to promote students.accepting injection on the initiative will play an important role in students' health.
