甘草活性成分抗呼吸道合胞病毒作用

Effect of active component from radix glycyrrhizae against respiratory syncytial virus

  • 摘要: 目的研究甘草抗病毒活性成分(GX)体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用。方法采用中性红实验和观察细胞病变(CPE)法,以利巴韦林为阳性药,测定GX对RSV的抑制作用。结果GX的半数中毒浓度(TC50)为460.00μg/ml,半数有效抑制浓度(EC50)为23.53μg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为19.55;GX在RSV感染Hela细胞2,4,6,8,10 h后给药,对RSV复制均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);且GX对RSV有中和作用。结论GX在体外对RSV复制有明显的抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the anti-respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)effect of an component from radix glycyrr hizae(GX)in vitro.MethodsThe cytotoxicity and antiviral of GX were tested by the neutral red assay and cytopathic effect(CPE)inhibition assay,with ribavirin as the positive control drug.ResultsIt showed good inhibitory effect against RSV with the medium cytotoxicity concentration(TC50)460.00 μg/ml,the medium effective concentration(EC50)23.53 μg/ml,and the treatment index(TI)19.55.It also exhibited obvious inhibition on RSV replications when GX was added at 2,4,6,8 and 10h after infection(P<0.01).GXalso displayed direct inactivation on RSV.ConclusionGX can significantly inhibit RSV replications in vitro.
