高脂饮食诱导肥胖与肥胖抵抗动物模型建立

Establishment of obesity prone and obesity resistant rats induced by high-fat diet

  • 摘要: 目的 建立高脂饮食诱导肥胖易感(OP)大鼠和肥胖抵抗(OR)大鼠动物模型。方法 高脂饲料喂饲健康雄性SD大鼠8周后,筛选出OP大鼠和OR大鼠。实验结束后,处死动物,测量体脂肪含量,并收集血清,以检测血糖与血脂水平。结果 OP大鼠肾周脂肪、睾周脂肪、网膜脂肪、体脂肪含量均显著高于OR大鼠,OP大鼠血糖、甘油三酯水平显著高于OR大鼠,而高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于OR大鼠。结论 使用高脂饲料建立饮食诱导肥胖与肥胖抵抗动物模型,方法可靠,模型成功。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the method of establishing obesity prone(OP)rats and obesity resistant(OR)rats induced by high-fat diet.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were divided into OR rats and OP rats after fed with high fat diet for 8 weeks.After the rats were sacrificed,body fat content was measured and serum was collected to measure blood sugar and serum lipids.Results Perirenal fat,inguinal fat,omental fat and body fat content as well as the level of blood sugar and triglyceride(TG)were significantly higher in OP rats than that in OR rats,while the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL)were significantly lower in OP rats than that in OR rats.Conclusion It is reliable and successful to establish the rats' model of obesity and obesity resistance.
