焦炉工人血清p53蛋白表达及影响因素分析

Expression of serum p53 protein in coke oven workers and its influence factors

  • 摘要: 目的 检测职业接触焦炉逸散物的焦炉工人血清p53蛋白的表达情况,探讨p53蛋白作为焦炉工早期筛查肺癌指标的意义。方法 运用免疫印迹技术(Western-blot)对118名接触组工人和50名对照组人群进行血清p53蛋白检测。比较接触组和对照组的血清p53蛋白水平,分析影响血清p53蛋白水平的因素。结果 接触组不同工龄组之间p53蛋白的表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着工龄的增加,p53蛋白的表达水平增加;导致血清p53蛋白水平升高的主要危险因素是炼焦工种及工龄。结论 经常大量接触焦炉逸散物可使p53蛋白表达水平升高,可能增加了p53基因异常的危险性,从而使焦炉工得肺癌的危险性增加。

     

    Abstract: Objective Serum p53 protein overexpression was detected in coke oven workers to explore the biomarker of early diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods Western blot was used for determing the level of p53.Serum p53 were compared between two groups and some affecting factors of serum p53 were analysed.Results Compared with the control group,p53 levels in the different exposued group increased signifcantly(P<0.05),and the expression of p53 increased gradually in the exposued group with the year of service.The exposed time was the mostly risk factor for the increase of serum p53.Conclusion Coking oven emission(COE)was likely to cause mutation of p53 gene and increasing the incidence of lung cancer.
