浙江省公共卫生人员学历及专业构成调查
Investigation on component difference and education of public health speciality in Zhejiang province

摘要: 目的 分析浙江省公共卫生人才学历层次、专业构成等,为建立结构合理的公共卫生专业队伍提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法,运用epidata软件建立数据库,采用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果 浙江省公共卫生人员学历结构硕士及以上占0.2%,本科占13.9%,大专占39.7%,中专占33.3%,其余为高中及以下学历。初始专业预防医学占28.6%,临床医学占33.9%,目前专业预防医学占44.6%,临床医学占21.9%。结论 浙江省公共卫生人员整体学历不高,预防医学专业不占优势,应加强继续教育和专业培养,以适应公共卫生工作需求。Abstract: Objective To analyze public health human resources of Zhejiang province,including education background,speciality to explore the major problems.Methods A random survey was carried out among public health human recoureces of Zhejiang province and the data was analyzed by epidata and spss 13.0.Results The education backgr ound of public health workers was 0.2%,13.9%,39.7% and 33.3% for graduate,under gradute,junior college and technical secondary and clinical medicine respectively.Conclusion The preventive medicine is their main speciality.The education backg round of public health workers are too low to meet social,and so special training should be enhanced.
