Abstract: Objective Aninvestigation of the content of Zn,Fe,Cu in hair of infant aged 0~3 years old was conducted in Yunfu city,to judge nour ishment condition of infant and provide a basis of science for guiding the health care of infant in future.Methods The content of Zn,Fe,Cu determination in hair sample of infantaged 0 to 3 years old was measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy.Results The results showed that the average values of Zn,Fe,Cu content were respectively 65.8,33.1,11.9 μg/g.The content of Cu was placed in normal level.But the content of Zn and Fe were under the lowness limit value of normal level.The content of three elements in hair were no remarkable difference between boys and girls(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference on age,too(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the nourishment of the trace elements of infant in Yunfu city.
