枸杞抗辐射损伤作用

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨枸杞抗辐射损伤的作用。方法 将30只昆明小鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,正常对照组、辐射对照组生理盐水灌胃,枸杞组进行枸杞溶液灌胃,1次/d,连续7d。除正常对照组外,另2组动物均在灌胃结束后进行全身一次性照射,总剂量2.0Gy,然后检测外周白血细胞数、骨髓微核率和骨髓细胞增殖活性。结果 枸杞组小鼠外周血白细胞(WBC)为(8.10±0.88)×109/L,骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率为(2.61±0.34)‰,骨髓细胞增殖活性A值为0.34±0.07,各项指标与辐射对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 枸杞可以升高外周血白细胞数,降低微核率,提高骨髓细胞增殖活性,具有抗辐射损伤作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the anti-irradiation damage activities of lycium barbarum L.Methods Thirty Kunming mice were divided into three groups randomly(normal group,radiation group and LBL group),10 each group.Normal group and radiation group received sodium chloride.LBL group received lycium.Radiation group and LBL group were exposed to whole2body radiation,total dose was 210 Gy,then periphery blood WBC、micronucleus frequency and proliferation activity of bone marrow cell were detected.Results The periphery blood WBC was(8.10±0.88)×109/L in LBL group,micronucleus frequency of bone marrow was(2161±0134)‰.The proliferation activity of bone marrow cell A was(0.34±0.07).Each standard had statistical significance compared with radiation group(P<0.05).Conclusion LBL can increase periphery blood WBC,decrease micronucleus frequency and improve the proliferation activity of bone marrow cell.Ithas anti2irrdiation damage activity.
