2000~2004年天津市居民膳食营养状况调查

Investigation on dietary nutrition of urban residents in Tianjin from 2000 to 2004

  • 摘要: 目的 研究2000~2004年天津市城市居民膳食营养摄入状况。方法 利用天津市统计局2000~2004年天津城市居民各种食物的消费量和人口资料,通过膳食计算和统计分析,研究天津市2000~2004年食物消费状况、各种营养素摄入及营养素的食物来源情况。结果 天津市城市居民动物性食物、水果、蔬菜摄入较合理,蛋白质质量较好,谷类、奶类、豆类食物摄入偏低,维生素A、B1、B2、钙摄入量占推荐摄入量(RNIs)或适宜摄入量(AIs)百分比偏低,脂肪占总热量偏高(34%~35%)。结论 天津城市居民膳食不均衡,部分微量营养素摄入不足,脂肪摄入偏高。应进一步加强合理营养教育,完善居民饮食结构,以满足平衡饮食和合理营养的要求。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investig ate the dietary status of urban residents in Tianjin from 2000 to 2004.Methods Tianjin Statistical Bureau provided the food consumption data of urban r esidents and demographical data in Tianjin from 2000 to 2004.Nutrient intake and dietary pattern were calculated and analyzed by computer software.Results The consumption of animal products,fruit and vegetable was rational and the quality of protein was good in urban population.However,the intake-of grain,milk and soy was lower.The intake of vitamin A,B1,B2 and calcium was lower than recommended dietary intake level.The energy contribution from fat reached 34%~35% in urban populat ion.Conclusion There was micronutrients deficiency in urban residents of Tianjin.The energy contr ibution from fat was higher in urban population.It was necessary to scientifically guide citizen's diet,improve the dietary pattern,and meet the need of balanced diet and rational nutrition.
