Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate training effects of new resuscitation technique on neonatal asphyxia,and to explore influencing factors of the effectiveness of the training course.MethodsUsing the method of gathering education which included classroom base lecture and networking ennoblement to train the 69 trainees in Lanzhou.The acknowledging rates and average scores that improvers obtained pre and post training were compared and analyzed respectively.At the same time,assessing the satisfaction degree of participants.ResultsThe acquaint rates and average scores were all higher after training(P<0.01).Participants badly in need of the technique accounted for 97.10%,and those who considered the method was applied were up to 85.50%.Grasp of knowledge about the new technique and satisfaction level to forms of lectures and networking intensification were all up to 100.00%.The trainees'profession had relations with average scoregs.ConclusionThis training program achieved best results,especially networking ennoblement training had vitally important role in further improving the effectiveness of the training.In order to ensure educational quality,those people,whose profession suitable for the traits and requirements of the new technique,should be selected as trainees.At the same time,the training of the ability of operation should be enhanced.
