Abstract: ObjectiveTo realize the health problem of rural adolescent caring and offer evidence for developing health care service for adolescent.MethodsEvery county was selected from east,middle and west part of China randomly.Adolescents in school were selected;Adolescents out of school were selected randomly.Totally,2 734 adolescents were selected in cluster,and questionnaires were used.Results92.3% adolescents cared for growth problems,and for this kind of problem, percentage of adolescents caring for shortsight was highest(52.0%),48.8% adolescents cared for reproductive health,and among young women,76.7% people cared for menstruation.45.5% adolescents cared for sexual behavior,and percentage of adolescents caring for HIV/AIDS was highest(24.7%).91.4% adolescents cared for psychology problem,and percentage of adolescents caring for social communication was highest(62.3%).ConclusionRural adolescents care for their health.Young people's health service should be enhanced.
