Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore a practicable model of AIDS risk behavioral inter vention to provide health education and condomusing promotion among female commercial sex workers in public entertainment places,and provide theoretic basis and new method for 100% condomusing promotion among target population.MethodsEpidemio logical intervention study design was used and comprehensive intervention approaches were conducted.AKABP survey and rate of condomusing were carried out before and post-inter vention among female commercial sex workers in 3 different levels of public entertainment places.ResultsThe knowledge,attitude and behaviors of female commercial sex workers changed significantly.The rate of believing-condomusing was a way of HIV prevention increasing from 70.8% to 94.6% (P<0.01).The rate of the latest condomusing during commercial sex increased from 80.6% to 97.3% (P<0.01).ConclusionThe implementation of 100% condomusing pro motion program is definitely feasible among female commercial sex workers in China.
