糖尿病自我管理方法教育模式效果评价

Evaluation on efficacy of education models of self-management on diabetes

  • 摘要: 目的比较糖尿病自我管理不同教育方式在城乡社区应用效果。方法采用小组集中授课(分为专业人员授课组、非专业人员授课组、社区教育组3种模式)和专业人员随访相结合对教育对象进行2型糖尿病防治知识教育。结果(1)在城市社区专业人员授课组和非专业人员授课组的教育效果好于社区宣传组,专业人员授课组与非专业人员授课组效果比较,差异无统计学意义。(2)在农村社区专业人员授课组与非专业人员授课组、专业人员授课组与社区宣传组比较差异无统计学意义。非专业人员授课组与社区宣传组比较差异无统计学意义。结论在城市社区以小组授课(专业、非专业人员授课)的模式进行糖尿病自我管理教育效果较好。糖尿病自我管理的3种教育模式在农村的应用效果应控制好影响因素。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy of different education models of self-management training on diabetes between the community of city and country.MethodsThrough the method of study group(taught by professional staff,taught by nonprofessional staff and community education)and visit anytime by doctor,educate the knowledge of diabetesⅡ to the patients.Results(1)In the community of city,the education effect of the group taught by professional staff and taught by nonprofessional staff was better than that of community education.The effect of group taught by professional staff doesn't differ much from that of group taught by nonprofessional staff.(2)In the community of country,there was not any differences between the group taught by professional staff and taught by nonprofessional staff the group taught by professional staff,and community education,but there existsed difference between the group taught by nonprofessional staff and community education.ConclusionIn the community of city carrying out self-management education in diabetes with the model of study group (taught by professional staff and taught by nonprofessional staff)has a better effect.The effect of 3 models of self-management education on diabetes in the community of country needs a further research after the control of affecting factors.
